Navbharat Mega Developers Private Limited (NMDPL), a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV), created by the Maharashtra Government (20%) and the Adani Group (80%), aims to bring about a transformation in Dharavi that will reflect the quintessential character of Mumbai, without losing the timeless essence of the old Dharavi.
